Peninsula, Bangkok (3 Nights)
Where the signature Peninsula style meets genuine Thai charm at The Peninsula Bangkok, a truly distinct hotel in Bangkok offering an unparalleled urban resort experience. With a keen sense of style and savoir-faire, The Peninsula Hotels is the only Bangkok hotel brand to be awarded the highest possible five-star status across all ten of its hotels by Forbes Travel Guide in 2024.

Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort (2 Nights)
Perched high on a jungle-clad ridge in northern Thailand, the Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort is less a hotel and more an experience—one that feels suspended between mist, mountains, and myth. Overlooking the meeting point of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar, this extraordinary retreat is set within a 160-acre bamboo forest, where sweeping views stretch endlessly across the legendary Golden Triangle.

Designed to immerse guests in both nature and culture, the resort blends refined luxury with a deep sense of place. Teakwood interiors, indigenous textiles, and curated artifacts reflect the heritage of the ancient Lanna Kingdom, while private balconies open to scenes of grazing elephants and rolling jungle hills. Days unfold at an unhurried pace—whether drifting along the Mekong River at sunrise, indulging in holistic spa rituals, or exploring nearby ruins and hill-tribe villages.

What truly sets Anantara apart is its profound connection to the land and its gentle giants. The on-site elephant camp offers meaningful, conservation-focused encounters, allowing guests to observe and interact with rescued elephants in a setting that prioritizes their wellbeing. For something unforgettable, the resort’s signature “Jungle Bubble” experience lets you sleep beneath the stars with elephants wandering nearby, while treetop dining elevates every meal into a cinematic moment above the canopy.

Remote yet deeply enriching, this is a place where luxury feels intentional, adventure feels intimate, and every moment is framed by the quiet magic of the jungle

Raya Heritage, Chiang Mai (2 Nights)
Inspired by the spirit of Lanna life in former times, Raya Heritage offers a clean, contemporary take on traditional Thai design. Immersed in tranquil natural surroundings on the banks of the Ping river, Raya, sourced from and often created by hand by local craftspeople, are featured throughout.

The resort concept stems from northern Thai culture’s simple, elegant approach to life and art, and the social value placed on living in balance with nature and the surrounding community. Immersed in tranquil natural surroundings on the banks of the Ping River, Raya Heritage’s serene atmosphere makes it the perfect base for discovering the unique charms of the region at an unhurried pace.

Rayavadee, Krabi on the coast (2 Nights)
A spectrum of exceptional island experiences…
Rayavadee’s setting on the edge of Krabi’s National Marine Park at the heart of the stunning Phranang Peninsula perfectly blends lush foliage, limestone cliffs, white sand beaches, and the emerald waters of the Andaman Sea. The resort’s award-winning architecture and tropical landscapes were inspired by the atmosphere of a southern Thai village.

The resort’s 94 two-story pavilions and 7 luxurious villas are dotted throughout tropical gardens and coconut groves and feature fully equipped, spacious accommodation and stylish details throughout. The pavilions’ unique circular design blends perfectly with the resort’s natural surroundings.

Nearby attractions include Phi Phi Island, which can be reached in 35 minutes by speedboat from Rayavadee. The surrounding reefs are home to a variety of tropical fish and marine life. Closer still, Poda, Chicken, Tub & Hong Islands, with their lovely beaches and strange rock formations, are perfect for half-day excursions.
A stroll through Krabi Town’s morning market offers a glimpse of traditional local life, while elephant riding, scenic natural parks and waterfalls are also situated nearby. The cliff walls and green waterways of Ta Lane’s mangrove forests offer exciting opportunities to explore by kayak.

We continue our journey by road to Chiang Mai, enjoying lunch on the way.

Welcome to Chiang Mai, a city brimming with cultural charm and natural beauty. As the largest city in northern Thailand and the former capital of the Lan Na Kingdom (13th-18th centuries), Chiang Mai boasts a rich history and unique traditions distinct from Bangkok. Recognized as a UNESCO Creative City in 2017, it is celebrated for its vibrant arts, crafts, and culinary scene.

Day Seven – Chiang Mai and the Art of Thai Cuisine

Breakfast at the hotel.

Sunrise optional activity: For those adventurous souls, enjoy sunrise from the skies with our paramotor experience!  A paramotor flight is an exhilarating yet peaceful experience, combining the freedom of paragliding with the reliability of a small engine. The flight begins on the ground, where the pilot lays out the paraglider wing, straps into a harness, and starts the motor—typically a lightweight, two-stroke engine mounted on their back with a propeller.

As the engine roars to life, the pilot runs forward, inflating the wing above them. With enough thrust, their feet lift off the ground, and they transition smoothly into the sky. Once airborne, the paramotor offers an unmatched sense of freedom, allowing for slow, low-altitude cruising or high-altitude soaring, depending on conditions and pilot preference.

The view is breathtaking—rolling landscapes, winding rivers, and rice patties. Plus you may glide over some of the most beautiful temples in Chiang Mai giving you an incredible birds-eye view. The wind gently whistles past, and the experience is surprisingly serene despite the engine’s hum. The pilot steers by pulling the wing’s brake toggles or shifting weight, making smooth, graceful turns.

This experience offers an incredible blend of adventure, tranquility, and personal freedom.

Later, enjoy a fun cooking party, an immersive farm-to-table experience where you’ll learn to prepare classic Northern Thai dishes using fresh, local ingredients.

Begin your morning with an immersive visit to a bustling local market. Stroll through vibrant stalls brimming with fresh produce, aromatic spices, and traditional Thai ingredients, gaining insight into the local culinary culture.

From there, head to our cooking school for a hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of expert chefs, learn to prepare a variety of traditional Thai dishes. Return to the hotel for an afternoon at leisure or explore Chiang Mai’s Old City at your own pace. Enjoy the lunch you’ve prepared in a tranquil countryside setting.
